Il B&B Casa Nova si trova in pieno centro città, a pochi passi dal Teatro Massimo e non distante da monumenti come la Cattedrale, il Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, la Chiesa di S. Ignazio all'Olivella, Porta Carini e molte delle ricche chiese palermitane.
Si affaccia su uno dei quattro mercati storici di Palermo "Il Capo", all'interno del quale è possibile acquistare prodotti tipici e ammirare la Chiesa della Concezione e la Chiesa Madonna della Mercè.
La zona offre una ricca vita notturna, essendo presenti pub, ristoranti, bar, locali alternativi.
Dalla struttura ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi per raggiungere le maggiori emergenze storiche e architettoniche o, se si preferisce, con l'autobus di città; la stazione centrale è a circa 500 metri, e da questa si arriva facilmente all'aeroporto in autobus o in metropolitana. Il porto è a circa 500 metri.
Altre attrazioni turistiche di Palermo: il Santuario della patrona della città Santa Rosalia,a Monte Pellegrino, le località balneari di Mondello e Sferracavallo, la provincia con Bagheria, città natale di Guttuso, Monreale col suo sontuoso Duomo e Chiostro.
La struttura si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo dei primi decenni del Novecento, con ascensore,ed è dotata di quattro camere con letto matrimoniale, due delle quali con terzo letto singolo; in tutte le camere è presente la TV.
Nelle camere i Signori ospiti possono fumare, in quanto dotate tutte di finestra o balcone.
I bagni, adiacenti le camere, sono dotati di doccia e servizio cortesia.
La colazione è tradizionale, a base di caffè, cappuccino, tè, biscotti, confetture, brioches, yogurt, succhi di frutta, frutta di stagione (è comunque variabile a seconda delle esigenze del Cliente) e viene servita nella apposita sala.
Le zone comuni sono confortevoli ed accoglienti e in esse i nostri Clienti possono ascoltare la musica, guardare la TV, leggere un buon libro (testi in italiano e lingue straniere), o godersi i pomeriggi siciliani seduti in balcone.

The B&B "Casa Nova" is situated in the city centre, near Massimo Theatre and not far from such monuments as Politeama Theatre, the Cathedral, the Church of St. Ignatius all'Olivella, Porta Carini and other beautiful Churchs of Palermo.
The B&B looks to one of Palermo's four historical and popular markets: Capo, in which you can buy typical products and visit some churches.
Close to the B&B, there are many pubs, restourants, bars, alternative clubs.
From the B&B it's possible to move easly by feet or by bus; the train station is far about 500 metres; you can arrive to the airport by bus or by underground (i.e.train). City port is far from our B&B about 500 metres.
In Palermo there are many other attractions such as the famous Pellegrino Mountain, at the top of which is possible to watch Palemo's gulf and visit St. Rosalia Sanctuary; the seasides such as Mondello and Sferracavallo.
Not far from Palermo there are also interesting places: Bagheria (Guttuso city) and Monreale with its wonderful Cathedral and Cloister.
The B&B is placed on the second floor of a palace built in the early decades of XX century, provided with lift.
It has four rooms with double bed, two of which have the third single bed, all with TV. Our guests can smoke in all the rooms, because there are windows or balconies.
Bathrooms, next to the rooms, are provided with shower and a kit including soap and shampoo.
Breakfast is traditional, containing coffee, cappuccino, tea, biscuits, jams, brioches, yogurt, fruit juices, season fruit, but it can be changed according to guests needs; it's served in the dining-room.
The living is comfortable and warm; here our guests can listen to the music, watch TV, read a book (we have Italian, English, French, German books), or enjoy Sicilian climate by balconies.
